Coned plugs for 1-4/28 or M6 Flat-bottom Ports is to stop the liquid or gas from flowing in to any unused port with its solid end. It is available with PP and PTFE material, 1/4-28UNF and M6 male thread for different applications.

Material performance
PP Material:
120°C no deformation (no external force) can be disinfected an dsterilized at 100°c, and embrittlement will occur below -20°C
- Chemical stability: Resistant to acid, alkali, salt, alcohol, phenol, aldehyde, ketone and most organic solvents.
- Other: Non-toxic and tastelass food grade material, good surface stiffness and scratch resistance.
- Product operating temperature: <65°C
PTFE material:
- Thermal properties: Use temperature -190-250°C. Allow alternating hot and cold operation.
- Chemical stability: Resistance to organic solvents, corrosion, acid and alkali.
- Other: Good sealing, electrical insulation and good anti-aging ability, itself non-toxic
